whole bathroom rebuild from scratch.
We're absolutely chuffed to bits with Pete's work, our wonky house is not the easiest to work with and as such the whole room had to be stripped back to brick. The work was carried out very professionally and Pete cleaned up after himself each and every day. He kept us well informed of everything going on and got the job done! From our first approach to completion of the job Pete continually impressed us with his extremely professional approach and attitude. The job turned out to be far from straightforward but he dealt with everything it threw at him with good humour and determination and a lot of skill. Absolutely wonderful. Pete is a real gentleman. Gave me a quote and showed me what he was going to do. We were not in the house while he carried out the new fit, although I did pop in occasionally to see how things were going. He kept me up to date. The finished product was amazing. Removing a shower stall, extending the space and replacing with new.
Pete was a true professional from the minute he came to quote to the final sweep up. He is exact in his work and the result was fantastic. We now have a movie star shower, with a few extras that we hadn't thought about at the beginning of the job. There are a couple of built-in shelves to hold shampoo etc, for example, that lift the installation to another level. Pete's thoroughness extends beyond what one can see. He replaced floorboards where they had previously perished and put in a subfloor. This is a firm that you can contract in confidence. Happy to reccomend.

Pete did an excellent job of renovating and installing our new en suite bathroom. He made helpful design suggestions but was not pushy. He arrived on the date fixed to start the installation and worked each day, including Saturday and Sunday, until it was completed. A pleasant change from the attitude displayed by some others. Lowered the drainage in the showers so they are now at floor level. New flooring and tiling as well as sanitary fittings and new power showers. We could not have chosen a better company! Pete and his team are truly amazing. Every night they completely cleared away leaving us a tidy house to live in, all the new parts (toilet etc) were ordered and arrived on day 1. Complete refurbishment of a bathroom and an ensuite shower room
Pete and his team stripped out and replaced our en-suite shower room and bathroom in just 3 weeks. Starting a day earlier than promised and stripping and fitting the en-suite so it was fit to use within 5 days. The team worked all day every day and were very clean and tidy throughout. Both rooms were finished within 3 weeks of work starting even when we hit challenges with the extractors due to our roof set up. Both bathrooms look great and we now two shiny new low maintenance shower rooms. All in all a great job at a very reasonable price.

I have no hesitation in recommending Pete and Rob, their very high standard of workmanship and attention to detail can only be described as 'Exemplary! They are also the tidiest tradesmen I have used tidying and vacuuming each night. They covered my carpets with industrial strength Cling film and placed large rubber mats over the floor to protect the surfaces they had to walk over. Pete has a good eye for design and will always offer very good advice and one thing that filled me with confidence was that Pete did NOT ask for any deposit upfront! You get all of this at a really competitive price too!

Pete and his crew completely renovated our downstairs loo into a modern space with a cloakroom cupboard. He fitted it perfectly, gave good advise, where to move pipes etc, to make more space. He listened to our requirements and advised on the best way to achieve this. He put up sliding doors, floor to ceiling, which I bought myself. Through determination and great work, the result was just how we had imaged it. I have to say that in 40 years of employing tradesmen, Pete and his team are the cleanest tradesmen I have employed, and appreciated. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Pete removed our outdated retro bathroom and installed an amazing modern bathroom. The work also involved the removal of an old hot water tank and installation of a new pressurised system. Any problems which arose (made entirely by my choices) were soon dealt with by Pete. Standard of work was excellent and communication second to none. Property was left clean and tidy. Cannot speak too highly of Pete and the obvious pride he takes in his work. All at a very reasonable cost!

Pete provided a detailed estimate, unlike others who were also asked to quote. He explained the process of installing the boiler to my older mother, who confidently understood the schedule of work. He decided to modify the plan in consultation with my mother which provided a saving in the overall cost and so the invoice was below the estimate. My mother was especially impressed with Pete's commitment to delivering on time and was grateful with the care he took to protect her home environment from getting dirty or damaged. Inner workings of a toilet replaced and upgraded
I was incredibly impressed with the service. Pete Jones rang when said and let me know exactly when he would appear. He was very tidy and polite and did the work to an excellent standard and quick too. The job involved taking off tiles surrounding the toilet but these were replaced to the extent where you would never know they had been taken off in the first place! There was no extra cost for doing this either. Pete also explained clearly and thoroughly the work he was about to undertake. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
