Pete Jones Plumbing and Heating Ltd (Company No. 10054207) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website (nottsplumber.co.uk). Pete Jones personally manages all enquiries.

This website does not collect, store or process any personal data.

When you fill in the quote request form and click "Send Quote Request", your own email app opens (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) with a pre-filled message. You send the email yourself, directly from your own account to Pete. Your details never pass through our server and are not processed by any third party.

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. This website does not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.

What happens when you send the email

If you choose to send the email, Pete receives your enquiry in his inbox. He uses your information solely to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote for plumbing and heating services. Your information is not shared with any other third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry email is kept in Pete's inbox for as long as needed to complete the job or respond to your enquiry. If you do not proceed with a booking, your details are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights
